Why did we change the Partner360 Rewards Program structure?We revamped the Partner360 Rewards Program to make it easier for you to enjoy the full benefits of your subscription. Now, your chosen package level directly corresponds to your tier, which means no more complex points or tier calculations—just straightforward rewards for every package.
What will happen to the reward points I have accumulated, after the new Partner360 Rewards Program is introduced?
As part of our new streamlined approach, we’ll be phasing out the previous points system. From 1 January 2025, your reward level automatically aligns with a package subscription, so you’re always clear about your benefits. This makes it simpler to upgrade and see instant rewards without needing to track points.
How does the new reward tier work?
The reward tiers are now directly linked to the package you choose. For example, if you choose the Pro package, you’ll automatically be placed in the Pro tier. This alignment means each package clearly defines your benefits, helping you make the most of your membership.
Do I need to do anything to join the new rewards program?
No action is required on your part! All partners who subscribed Pro, Superstar, or CorpPlus package will be automatically transitioned to the updated Partner360 Rewards Program. If you’re considering an upgrade, simply choose a higher package to enjoy more exclusive benefits right away.
What are the benefits of upgrading my package?
With the new Partner360 Rewards Program, upgrading to a higher package instantly elevates you to the corresponding tier, bringing greater perks and privileges. Each level offers unique benefits, making it easy to see what’s available as you move up.
Will my benefits be affected by the program change?
Your benefits will only improve! The new program’s simplified structure makes it easier to access and enjoy your perks, and you’ll always know exactly what benefits come with each package. This means more value and fewer steps to getting the most out of your membership.
What are the privileges I’ll have through this Rewards Programme?
Partners who have an active DDproperty package subscription - Pro, Superstar, and CorpPlus are eligible to Partner360 Reward Programme. As you progress your career with DDproperty, your status will also advance which will merit exclusive treats from our Partner360 Rewards. This includes Quarterly Exclusive Experience, Yearly Special Event and more!
What happens if I upgrade or downgrade the package?
When you upgrade your package, your benefits will also upgrade to match the new package level. When you downgrade your package, your benefits will also downgrade to match the new package level. Your benefits will be updated upon the activation of your package.
