Starting from April 15, AgentNet will no longer support the creation of temporary project locations for condominiums and apartments. This update is designed to make your listings easier to find through project search and quick filters, while also expanding your options for promoting listings using various features. Ultimately, this will help increase visibility to the right audience and boost your chances of closing sales.

If your project is not yet available on the platform:
Agents can request to add a new project location through a feature in AgentNet. Upon selecting to add a new project, the system will redirect you to our LINE Official Account to submit the request.

The required information includes:
  • Project name (in Thai and English, as shown on Google Maps)
  • Project postal code
  • Plus Code (if available) [Click here to learn how to find your Plus Code]

Once we receive complete and accurate information, our team will promptly create the temporary project location so you can proceed with listing as usual

Note: Submitting your project request via LINE allows our team to respond faster. Providing accurate details helps ensure the listing setup process is smooth and efficient.
